How to cook tasty beef in olive oil

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:
